Usually involving all four partners and key Client personnel and/or family, this workshop explores all potential avenues to maximise return on your property assets. It is usually fun as well as constructive and identifies a range of development opportunities.
BRIEF STRATEGIC REPORT
This summarises the findings of the Development Workshop
EVALUATION OF DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Here we evaluate the identified opportunities, both financially and competitively within relevant markets, and provide initial estimates of likely cost and return.
DETAILED PLANS AND RECOMMENDED ACTION
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION AND MANAGEMENT
Agreed projects are managed by the partners of the business, using specialist assistance from Network associates where appropriate. Progress is monitored throughout against defined financial objectives.
